A Draw is an event in the Mario Party series. It usually occurs if none of the characters win a minigame, but there are cases of it occurring if all characters win. Draws are in every Mario Party game except for a select few and act similarly to the Tie event in the series; their ending screen has the word "Tie!" or "Draw!" appear, but sometimes, such as in Mario Party 9, everyone is declared the winner.

There are certain games in the Mario Party series where the draw does not appear, including Mario Party: Island Tour, Mario Party 10, Mario Party: Star Rush, and Mario Party: The Top 100. If a draw occurs in any of the aforementioned games, all of the characters remain in the same place while nothing happens.
