Helmut is an aquatic enemy in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. It wears a spiked helmet to protect its head, so if Wario touches the spikes, he takes damage. A Helmut's vulnerable spot is its underside, and Wario can defeat a Helmut by charging at it from below.
